Perimenopause can be a challenging time as your body develops new symptoms that you’ve never had to deal with before, like hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, depression, muscle aches and pains, and fatigue. Unfortunately, the list could go on and on. There are 100 symptoms that perimenopause can introduce in your life, ranging from mild to debilitating. But, the good news is that it’s not all doom and gloom. There are so many things you can do to start feeling better, and I’m here to guide you.

But it’s your choice; you're an adult. You can continue doing what you’ve always done and get the same results or worse, or you can use this time to thrive and set yourself up for a successful rest of your life. What you do in your 40s and 50s matters for when you get to your 60s and beyond. It’s never too late to make positive changes.
