During this time, it’s not uncommon to experience feelings of confusion, uncertainty, or even anxiety as you navigate through new circumstances and challenges. There’s a lot going on at once and now everyone expects you to be your own healthcare advocate without the tools to be able to do that for yourself.

I bring to our conversation a lifetime of health knowledge from being a multi-decade healthcare business professional. I have undergraduate and graduate degrees in healthcare management and understand the complexities of health and medicine, especially within the U.S. I’ve taken countless university health courses and am a lifelong learner of health and wellness information. Health has been my passion since my teenage years, and healthcare has been my chosen career from the beginning.
I’m well-versed in the latest peri/menopause research and recommendations, and I proudly belong to both The Menopause Society and the International Menopause Society as an educator member. These leading professional associations are heading up perimenopause and menopause research and guidelines.
No matter where you are in the world, I can unlock your understanding of perimenopause and help you navigate the complexities of this major hormonal adjustment.

I am seriously educated, but I don’t educate seriously. In our personalized session, you can bring any questions or concerns you have about the changes happening in your body. I can help you to understand these changes in a way that makes sense to you.
These sessions are designed to be like a friendly chat with a knowledgeable friend who can answer all of your questions about perimenopause, including symptoms, hormone therapy, lifestyle management, menstrual cycles, and the biology of perimenopause, ALL tailored to you and your needs.
We can keep our conversation general, or we can dive deep into specific symptoms that are bothering you, such as hot flashes, weight gain, or sleep disturbances. We’ll discuss which ones are affecting you the most and explore helpful strategies to manage them so you can start feeling like yourself again.
Although these are like coaching sessions, this is not coaching. Coaching requires long-term contracts and commitments to meeting at set times over the course of weeks and months. You can meet with me once or multiple times; it’s up to you and is pay-as-you-go.

With more than seven years of navigating the ups and downs of perimenopause, I have a wealth of personal insights and stories that will help you feel like you’re not losing your mind. I’ve used my own knowledge to help myself shine during this transition period and I can help you too.

I know everyone has different preferences, so if you’d rather chat through email or text, I also have those appointment options. Email and text support are great options when you have a quick question or require general information.
