I love canva and your add is better. I’ll head over to your other platforms and follow you. I’ve always struggled more with IG and Twitter. I’m just not consistent with any of them, but am on them all. IG, Threads, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, TT, Alignable, Pinterest. I post on all of them. Would rather write. Although there was a time I was hooked on canva and posted more consistently.

Congrats on getting 2 off to college!

I took myself off all social media except Substack so I'm glad I found you here!

Yes yes to Water and more water!

Hot flashes are nuts. I started having them last year. They were very random so I forgot what was happening to me every time!

One time it felt like I had a vitamin B flush and my face and ears were burning along with anxiety. Thankfully I was camping and I just went for a walk trying to think if I took too much niacin!

Later I realized it was a hot flash.

Night sweats are what I've dealt with mostly for the past 5 years. But I found red clover with 40mg of isoflavons has diminished them by like 95%. 1 episode of night sweats in the past 5 months!!

Keep up the great work!
