Such good information! Pelvic floor health isn’t discussed enough, in my opinion. Pelvic floor specialists can help in conjunction with physical therapy and personal training. Many women don’t realize that the pelvic floor is part of the core and there are strengthening exercises (beyond kegels) they can do at home.

Wow glad I haven’t experienced this but thanks for normalising it! Def the constipation is a thing and I take a supplement that has kiwi in it to help digestion whenever I eat a meal with meat.

Thanks, Michelle! Glad you aren't one of the "lucky" ones. I'll be pooping out some constipation content in a future article. Glad you found something that helps. Of course, Australia would put kiwi in there 😁 - it's more exotic here in the States but a fresh kiwi does help with constipation.
