True story… I took a college class called “Relaxation.” My parents thought this was hysterical, but it was a required class for freshmen as part of our physical education curriculum.
I attended a very health-oriented college, and while I thought it was amusing at the time (sometimes we would literally lie down on mats for 45 minutes), that class has proven to be very useful throughout my life.
I’d like to share one of the techniques that I learned there.
