The event below has passed, but you can watch it here on YouTube.
Before perimenopause, I didn’t know what self-care was; rather, I thought it meant something else.
It wasn't until the big bang of perimenopause that I realized how vital it is to genuinely care for myself on multiple levels. I’ve learned a lot since then.
Through my work at the Women's Health 365 Collective, I’ve teamed up with some amazing women’s health Substackers to present a FREE panel discussion Myself Care: An Evening for Self-Care.
What to Expect
Join like-minded women and individuals interested in exploring self-care in a 1-hour live discussion while we delve into a variety of topics around self-care, including:
What is self-care, and how is it different from beauty treatments
How to incorporate self-care into an already jam-packed life
Why self-care brings us a multitude of well-being benefits
Interactive Q&A Session
📢 This event is best viewed on a computer if you would like to participate in the conversation.
Come as you are! You won’t be on camera. While it’s my hope that you’ll set aside an hour to join us without distraction, sometimes a dirty kitchen, kids screaming “Mom!”, or a work emergency happens.
Caring for yourself is a crucial step in learning to prioritize your own needs. We tend to ignore this, but it becomes extremely important during perimenopause.
We hope you can join us!
